Excellent dinner with first and second courses, beautiful atmosphere of the restaurant and professional service

We stayed at Locanda in Vigna for a wedding a few days ago. The location is secluded and surrounded by beautiful vineyards that extend across the surrounding hills. The area designated for the event was well-divided into an aperitif area on a panoramic terrace, a dinner area served around the veranda, and, a few meters away, a dancing area. Fantastic organization, extremely courteous staff, attentive to everyone's needs, especially the guests' food intolerances, providing four different menus based on individual needs. Highly recommended!

There were four of us for dinner, and everything was delicious, from the appetisers in generous portions to the first courses. The fried or grilled second courses are a sure bet, cooked just right and served in the right quantities (just a small note about the dishes: if they were warm, they would retain the heat of the freshly grilled meat better). The atmosphere is very relaxed, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The rooms were clean, quiet, and well-equipped. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional, pampering us and accommodating our every request. We had dinner two days in a row. The dishes were beautiful to look at and delicious. The chef was very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was excellent, from the appetizers to the meat dishes! I highly recommend a relaxing weekend!

Nice place! Cosy, calm and easy acces to all of the northern part of the island

My partner and I stayed for three nights. The property's location is strategic, allowing easy access to various points of interest. We were welcomed by two very helpful and courteous ladies. The rooms were minimal but clean. The breakfast was good, average.

We had dinner at the Locanda in Vigna in 8 in July 2022, the only place where they kindly accepted our reservation in the afternoon for the evening without turning up their noses at seating us at 10.30pm. I wanted to compliment and thank you, we had a great time. Cuisine of the highest standard and friendly staff, smiling even at 1am and putting that touch of their own personality into the service that makes it clear that they care and aren't just going through the motions. Excellent meat, as the chef had the pleasure of explaining while supervising the grill, the steaks are imported due to the difficulty in finding dry-aged meat in Sardinia, while veal, pork and chicken are locally sourced and of the highest quality. We will return at the first opportunity!

Rooms are modern and clean. It’s very quiet despite being close (50m) from a superstrada. I had a room looking into the vineyard and towards the mountains, very tranquil. The tv screen is almost as small as my laptop, better not to have a tv installed then anyways (I didn’t use it). Breakfast is simple and in the room (probably due to Covid) with your own small coffee machine. Can recommend this place however be aware that the owners aren’t around so I had some trouble to get my key.
